Help with your travel money.

Email office@ironcanyon.co with the device model, iOS version, and what you were trying to do. Do not include card numbers, bank details, or sensitive travel documents.

Exchange rates

TravelFi labels the freshness of every rate-derived verdict. Pull to refresh or reconnect to the internet for a current reference. Cached rates remain available offline but should not be trusted for a close decision when marked stale.

Trips and expenses

TravelFi stores trips, budgets, expenses, commitments, exchanges, and rate checks locally on your iPhone. There is no account or cloud restore. Export anything you need to keep before deleting the app.

Purchases

TravelFi Pro is available as a monthly or annual App Store subscription. Use Restore Purchases from the Pro screen after reinstalling or changing devices. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple; RevenueCat validates anonymous purchase entitlements. Never send payment credentials when asking for help.
